CPOF: Colorado Peace Officers' Foundation

The Foundation, was setup and structured by the Colorado Law Enforcement Officers' Association membership on March 30, 1974. It is a separate non-profit corporation and is structured to promote the welfare of police officers within the state who are engaged in fulltime law enforcement law enforcement work. The basic objective of the Foundation is to assist financially the widows and children of deceased law enforcement officers.

Colorado Law Enforcement Memorial

The Colorado Law Enforcement Memorial is located in a small grove of trees by the State Patrol Academy. The memorial was erected in 1979 as a tribute to Colorado's fallen peace officers. In 1999, a new "historic" wing was added to the memorial.
